Dilly Zucchini Ricotta Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Nonfat plain yogurt
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Snipped fresh dill OR
-1/2-tsp dried dillweed
1 1/2 ts Olive oil
1 c Nonfat plain yogurt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to thoroughly blend. Yield: 1 1/3 cup
