Diabetic Apple Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cooking apple(peel & slice)
1 ts Orange juice
2 ts Granulated sugar replacement
2 tb Cornflakes (crushed)
1 ts Margarine
1 Cooking apple(peel & slice)

1 ts Margarine
Place apple slices in small baking dish. Sprinkle with orange juice, sugar replacement and crushed cornflakes; top with margarine. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
