Deviled Steak Strips
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb Beef round steak cut cubes
2 tb Cooking oil
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Prepared mustard
2 ts Prepared horseradish
1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2/3 c Cold water
1/3 c All purpose flour
Hot cooked noodles

Trim excess fat from meat, cut meat into cubes. In a skillet brown meat on all sides in hot oil, drain. Transfer meat to S.C stir in all other ing. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 -
10 hours. Turn to high heat setting. Blend cold water slowly into flour, stir into meat mixture, Cook till thickened Stir occ. Serve with noodles -
