Deviled Eggs


INGREDIENTS:

6 Eggs; hard cooked
2 Mayonnaise
2 Sour cream
Pinch of salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
3 Salted, toasted almonds; cho
1 1/2 Dijon mustard
Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. In a bowl, mash egg yolks and add all other ingredients except chopped almonds. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and top with almonds.
