Desk Set Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Semi-sweet choco, melted
2 oz Unsweet choco, melted
1/4 c Water
1 ts Instant coffee
1/4 c Marg (not butter), melted
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
3 ts Pure vanilla extract
2 tb Hersey choco syrup
1 Betty Crocker Original
Supreme Brownie Mix package
(not Duncan Hines)
1 (included in mix box) BC
Brownie Mix Hersey's syrup
Packet
1 c Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, generously butter bottom of a 9" X 13" or 9" X 9" pan.

My preferences: mix everything (except the Betty Crocker mix and the nuts) well. Add mix and stir by hand just until batter is barely moist, add nuts and mix by hand. Brownie batter should be given a very light touch; no heavy duty mixing here. Pour batter into and bake until toothpick comes out clean (9"x13", 35-40 minutes, 9"x9", 44-48 minutes. Make sure not to overbake.
