Dad's Stuffed Peppers
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom
-soup
1/2 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Thyme
4 oz Noodles; (2 cups) cooked
2 c Shredded Cracker Barrel
-Brand Sharp, (8 ozs.)
Natural Cheddar Cheese
1 lb Ground beef

2 c Shredded Cracker Barrel
-Brand Sharp, (8 ozs.)
Natural Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350F Brown meat. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in soup, milk and seasonings. Layer half of noodles, meat sauce and cheese in 1 1/2 -quart casserole. Repeat layers of noodles and meat sauce. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
