Daall-Mepali Lentil Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1-3 decorative containers or
Plastic bags
1 c Orange lentils
2 ts Curry powder
1 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Cumin
1 c Basmati or texmati rice

Plastic bags

1 c Basmati or texmati rice
Place lentils in decorative container. In a small bowl, combine spices well and place them in a jar or small plastic bag. Seal tightly. Place the rice in another decorative jar or plastic bag. Or, slide seasoning packet and rice packet into jar with lentils.
