Curry Paste For Poultry And Sea Food


INGREDIENTS:

1 T Freshly Ground Nutmeg 1/4 t Cayenne Pepper
1/2 t Ground Cloves 2 T Ground Coriander
1 t Mace 1/2 t Ground Caraway Seeds
10 ea Cardamom Pods ( Remove 1 1/2 t Paprika
-Seeds To Grind) OR 2 T Anchovy Paste
1 t Cardamom Powder 2 t Vinegar
