Curried Pasta with Gingered Mint Carrots
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz Uncooked pasta
1 cn (8 oz) pineapple chunks
1/2 c Mayonaise
2 ts Brown sugar
1 ts Curry powder
1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c Cooked chicken strips
1/4 c Chopped green onion
1/2 c Sliced celery
4 oz Uncooked pasta
1 cn (8 oz) pineapple chunks
1/2 c Mayonaise
2 ts Brown sugar
1 ts Curry powder
1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c Cooked chicken strips
1/4 c Chopped green onion
1/2 c Sliced celery
cook pasta, drain. drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Stir together reserved juice, mayonaise, sugar and curry in large serving bowl. Add pasta, pineapple, mandarin orangfes, chicken,celery, green onions to curry dressing; tos to evenly coat. Serve with shredded red cabbage.
