INGREDIENTS:

4 ea Chicken breast, boned & 3/4 c Italian salad dress, divided
Skinned 4 sl Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c Salsa, divided
In plastic bag combine 1/4 cup each of salsa and Italian dressing; add chicken. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Heat remaining salsa and dressing.
