Cucumber Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cucumbers; sliced thin
2 1/4 ts Sugar
2 1/4 ts Vinegar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ds Pepper
1/4 c Lite sour cream
1/2 Clove garlic; crushed
1 Cucumbers; sliced thin
2 1/4 ts Sugar
2 1/4 ts Vinegar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ds Pepper
1/4 c Lite sour cream
1/2 Clove garlic; crushed
Slice cucumbers paper-thin. Sprinkle slices with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes, drain off liquid, toss lightly with sour cream.
