Crostini Con Porcini Alla Giancarlo
INGREDIENTS:
2 Garlic cloves, crushed or

4 tb Olive oil
8 sl Italian bread
150 g Tomatoes, sliced
150 g Mozzarella, sliced
8 Anchovy filets, optional
16 Basil leaves

I found this in a German magazine while doing research for my book of refreshing summer drinks with and without alcohol.
Add the garlic to the olive oil and brush the bread with this mixture. Put under a hot grill until golden. Place the tomato slices, anchovies, basil leaves and Mozzarella onto the bread and put back under the grill until the cheese starts to melt.
Takes about 15 minutes to make.
