Crockpot Country Chicken Rice Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi 1/2 c Sliced bamboo shoots
2 Cloves crushed garlic 1/4 ts Sugar
4 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Fish sauce or to taste
1 Green onion-cut into 1" pcs 1/8 ts MSG-OPTIONAL
3 c Chinese peapods-ends removed 1/4 c Water
1/2 c Sliced-fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi 1/2 c Sliced bamboo shoots

1/2 c Sliced-fresh mushrooms
*** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes.
