Crisscross Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Peanut butter; smooth or 1 c Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
-crunchy 1/4 c Milk; TO 1/3 CUP
1/2 c Peanut butter; smooth or 1 c Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
-crunchy 1/4 c Milk; TO 1/3 CUP
Combine all ingredients; blend well. To make a thinner spread, slowly add more milk. Cover and stor in refrigerator. To serve, spread on creackers, bread, or apple and pear slices; it may also be used to stuff celery.
