Cresecent Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c Butter (or marg.); softened 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar, brown; firmly packed 2 c Oats, old-fashioned; uncookd
2 Eggs 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1/2 c Milk, evaporated; undiluted 1 c Raisins, seedless
2 c Flour, all-purpose 1 ts Lemon rind; grated

2 Eggs 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1/2 c Milk, evaporated; undiluted 1 c Raisins, seedless
2 c Flour, all-purpose 1 ts Lemon rind; grated
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Blend in milk, flour, and salt. Add oats, walnuts, raisins, and lemon rind; mix well. Drop level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
