Cranberry or Blueberry Muffins
INGREDIENTS:

8 oz Cream Cheese; softened 1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Whole-berry cranberry sauce 2 tb Flaked Coconut
1 ts Grated Orange Rind

1/4 c Whole-berry cranberry sauce 2 tb Flaked Coconut
1 ts Grated Orange Rind
Combine first 4 ingred. stirring until well blended. Spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with coconut. Serve spread with gingersnaps. Yield: 1 1/4 c.
