Cranberry Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 pk (large) raspberry or
-cranberry Jell-O, (or 2
-small pkgs.)
1 c Sugar
1 lg Orange; chopped (drain juice
1 c Pecans (*); chopped
1 c Celery (*); chopped
1 pk Cranberries; chopped

When making the jello, add only 1 cup of cold water instead of 2. Also add the 1 cup sugar when you are dissolving the jello in the hot water. Mix the chopped ingredients together well and then add to the jello. Pour into a 9x13" pan (sprayed with Pam) and refrigerate. (*) You can add 1 1/2 cups pecans and celery if you want to. Dana (my sister) used only 1 cup of each of these ingredients and it was just yummy! (It's up to you, of course!)
NOTES : This is a holiday favorite with our family. We have it at every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.
