Crab Rangoon #1
INGREDIENTS:
2 tb Unflavored gelatin 2 c Flaked crabmeat
1/2 c Cold water 2 1/2 tb Pimiento
1 c Boiling water 6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
1 c Mayonnaise 1/2 Green peper, diced
1 c Whipping cream Salt and pepper to taste

1 c Boiling water 6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
1 c Mayonnaise 1/2 Green peper, diced
1 c Whipping cream Salt and pepper to taste
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
