Cornmeal Bacon Dumplings
INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
2 c Yoghurt
1 tb Honey
1 tb Oil
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Wholemeal flour
1 c Fine cornmeal
1 c Coarse cornmeal

Preheat oven to 375?F, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining premixed ingredients & blend until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A hearty, healthy muffin!
