Corned Beef & Noodle Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 Corned beef
1 cn Sliced pineapple (in my
-opinion; the more the
-better!)
Whole peppercorns
1 Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE
-(I think it is 1.5 liters)
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Corned beef
1 cn Sliced pineapple (in my

1 Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE
-(I think it is 1.5 liters)
1/2 c Brown sugar
Marinate overnight in gingerale and peppercorns.
Glaze with brown sugar and bake with the pineapple slices for 45 minutes. Slice while warm.
