Conquilles a la Nage
INGREDIENTS:
1 1" pc Ginger Root; grate
2 cl Garlic; crush
4 Scallions; chop
6 ts Brown sugar
8 oz Soy sauce
4 oz Sake or dry sherry
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper

Marinade steak for 2 hours; marinade fish 1 hour. Barbeque or broil. Great for whole meats or fish, or for shish-ke-bobs, especially with shark or mahi mahi.
