Colonial Gingerbread
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Sugar
1 c Butter or margarine
1 c Flour
2 c Quick oats
1 ts Baking soda
1 ds Salt
1 c Sugar

1 ds Salt
Mix dry ingredients; work in butter like a pie crust. Make into balls & flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar while on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
