Coffee Ice Cream Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1 c (1/2 pint) heavy cream
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Extra-strong brewed coffee
1 c (1/2 pint) heavy cream

In a medium bowl, whisk the cream and sugar until the sugar has dissolved completely and the mixture is frothy. Add the milk, vanilla, and coffee. Whisk until well blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Prepare the ice cream in an ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Store the ice cream in the freezer, where it has a shelf life of about 1 week.
