Coconut Cream Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 ts Dijon mustard 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 c Mayonnaise 1 ts Capers
1 ts Fresh tarragon; chopped, or 1 ts Dried tarragon; crushed
1 ts Fresh parsley; chopped, or 1 ts Dried parsley; crushed

1 ts Fresh parsley; chopped, or 1 ts Dried parsley; crushed
Blend all of the ingredients, together until smooth. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Shrimp, Crabmeat, Duck, Brussels Sprouts, Jimcama, Radishes.
