Cocktail Weiner Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 lb Lean beef; rump, sirloin or
-round steak
1 c Soy sauce
3 Cloves garlic; finely minced
2 tb Fresh grated ginger
1 ts Accent

Cut beef into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic & Accent. Let mixture blend for 1 hour. Add to beef & marinate overnight in refrigerator in a plastic bag or shallow covered plastic or glass container, stirring occasionally. Skewer meat cubes on small bamboo sticks, about 4-5 per stick. Makes about 70 cocktail kabobs. Arrange acctactively on foil-covered tray & let guests broil individually on habachi or grill. May also be broiled in advance.
