Cocktail Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Kraft or Hellmann's
-mayonnaise
1 c Shredded sharp cheddar
-cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Sliced green onions
Cocktail rye bread slices

Cocktail rye bread slices
Combine the mayo, cheeses and onions. Mound about 1 1/2 tbsp (or more) onto each bread slice. Place on a baking sheet and put under broiler until bubbly, watching to make sure they don't burn. Makes about 16 servings. (Can be prepared several hours ahead and refrigerated, covered).
