Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Chicken breasts; skinned and 1 1/2 c Water
-bonesless; in strips 1 c Converted rice
15 oz Black beans; drain and rinse 4 t Chicken bouillon
14 1/2 oz Mexican style stewed tomato

In large non stick skillet, over medium high heat, cook chicken in Pam until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Submitted
