Chili Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c Medium pasta shells;
-uncooked
1 cn (15 oz) hormel chili; no
-beans
4 c Romanine lettuce; shredded
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese;
-shredded
1 Red bell pepper; thinly
-sliced
1 Avocado; peeled, seeded,
-thinly sliced
1/4 c Green onion; sliced
1/4 c Plus 2 tablespoons french;
-or catalina salad dressing

Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain. In saucepan, combine chili and shells. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly heated. To serve, place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with chili mixture, cheese, bell pepper, avocado, green onion, and salad dressing.
