Chicken and Peppers


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Zucchini, sliced Pepper
1 c Celery, chopped 1/2 ts Basil
1 Onion, chopped 2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb Sausage 1 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 ts Oregano 28 oz Tomatoes
Salt
Brown the sausage, remove from skillet. Add garlic, celery, onion, zucchini and gr pepper. Saute lightly, about 3 minutes. Add sausage, seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If soup becomes to thick, add chicken stock. Enjoy, Sheryl
