Chicken Patties (Low-Calorie)


INGREDIENTS:

2 c Ground -- cooked
Broiler-fryer
Chicken -- loosely packed
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs -- beaten
2 ts Instant minced onion
1/4 c Tomato puree
1/4 ts Red pepper sauce
6 Hamburger buns
Combine first 6 ingredients and shape into six patties. Broil patties about five minutes on each side just until they are heated through. Serve Calories--216.3 Carbohydrate--22.3 grams Fat--5.7 grams
