Chicken Or Tuna Crunch Casserole


INGREDIENTS:

1 lg Head cabbage -Salt and pepper
1 Stick butter -Soy sauce
-Very large skillet -Tuna or Leftover meat
1 lg Bag egg noodles -(such as ham, beef, or
4 qt Water -chicken,
4 qt Saucepan
Cut cabbage in half. Slice into shreds. Heat skillet, fry cabbage with butter until browned. Cook noodles in 4 quart saucepan with water. Drain when done. Add to cabbage, on low heat tossing until noodles are well mixed in with cabbage and butter. Add salt and pepper, Tuna or meat if desired. Use soy sauce as condiment. Submitted
