Chicken Marsala
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Chutney; mango
1/4 c Orange marmalade
1 ts Sesame oil
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1/2 ts Curry powder
4 Boned and skinned chicken
-breast halves

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Pour over chicken. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 2-10 hours. Broil for 10-15 minutes. Per serving: 221 Calories; 3g Fat (11% calories from fat); 21g Protein; 29g Carbohydrate; 51mg Cholesterol; 160mg Sodium
