Chicken-Cucumber Salad


INGREDIENTS:

1 c Mayonnaise or salad 2 c Cooked macaroni or pasta
-dressing 2 md Stalks celery chopped
1 tb Lemon juice -(about 1 cup)
1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Cashew halves, if desired
2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

5 servings.

Macaroni Chicken-Cantaloupe Salads: Spoon salad onto cantaloupe wedges.
