Chicken Crepes - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn (6oz) bamboo shoots -breasts, cut in 1" cubes
2 c Snow peas 1 ea Tb fatfree chicken broth
1 c Slliced mushrooms 1 ea Tb cornstarch
1 cn (8oz) water chestnuts, 2 ea Tb sherry or cooking sherry
-rinsed and drained 1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce
2 t Minced galric 1/2 c Fatfree chicken broth
2 ea Boneless skinless chicken
