INGREDIENTS:
2 cn CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 c CHOPPED ONION
2 c CHICKEN MIX; THAWED
1 c CASHEW NUTS
1 1/4 c CHICKEN BROTH
2 c CHOPPED CELERY
9 1/2 oz CHOW MEIN NOODLES
2 cn CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 c CHOPPED ONION
2 c CHICKEN MIX; THAWED
1 c CASHEW NUTS
1 1/4 c CHICKEN BROTH
2 c CHOPPED CELERY
9 1/2 oz CHOW MEIN NOODLES
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. LIGHTLY BUTTER A 2 QT CASSEROLE. IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SOUP, CHICKEN BROTH, ONION AND CELERY. STIR TO BLEND. ADD CHICKEN, CHOW MEIN NOODLES AND CASHEW NUTS. BAKE, UNCOVERED, 45 MINUTES. (Rated: *** out of ****)
