Chicago Style Pizza


INGREDIENTS:

1 lg Can of tomato sauce 1 c Cottage cheese
1/2 lb Ground beef 2 cl Garlic
2 tb Parsley flakes 1 pk Manicotti
1 ts Instant onion 2 c Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 ts Oregano 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Pour 1/2 cup of sauce in a baking dish. Set aside. Mix beef, parsley, spices, cottage cheese and garlic. Stuff cooked shells. Roll in sauce and pour over rest of the sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle on Jack and Parmesan cheeses. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes more. When using a whole box of noodles, double filling mix.
