Cherry Cheesecake Delight - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Egg Beaters 1/2 c Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip
3/4 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla
OR 1 t Bakinf soda
1/2 c Sugar 2 c Flour
AND 3 pk Sweet 'n Low 1/2 c Mrs. Richardsons or Kroger
3/4 c Brown sugar -fatfree caramel topping
OR 1 c Braum's or Mrs.
1/2 c Brown sugar -Richardson's fatfree fudge
AND -topping
2 t Sweet 'n Low Brown 1 c Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 c Egg Beaters 1/2 c Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip
3/4 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla

2 t Sweet 'n Low Brown 1 c Grape Nuts cereal
Heat oven to 350F. Cream Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Set aside 1 cup of the batter. Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with carames and fudge toppings. Sprinkle Grape Nuts over this. Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the Grape Nuts. continue baking 12-15 minutes or until evenly browned. Cool; cut into squares. These can be served alone as cookie bars or warm with fatfree ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
