Cheesy Roast Beef Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
4 c Idaho frozen O'Brien
-potatoes
1/2 lb Cooked roast beef, cubed
1 c Frozen sliced carrots
1 Jar (12 ounces) beef or
-mushroom gravy
1/4 c Chili sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 c Shredded Cheddar or Swiss
-cheese
2 tb Thinly sliced green onion

In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine frozen potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green onion; re-cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
