Cheesy Chicken Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
4 Whole chicken breasts; split
-and skinned
2 oz Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
-cheese
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Fine bread crumbs
1 tb Parmesan cheese
1 ts Parsley
1 ts Chicken bouillon
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
4 Whole chicken breasts; split
-and skinned
2 oz Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
-cheese
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Fine bread crumbs
1 tb Parmesan cheese
1 ts Parsley
1 ts Chicken bouillon
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
