Cheesy Buckwheat with Green Chiles
INGREDIENTS:
18 sl (1 regular loaf) white or
-wheat bread; cubed
1 c Broccoli florets
1/3 c Red bell pepper; chopped
2 pk (8 ounces each; 4 cups
-total) Kraft? Natural
-Shredded Sharp Cheddar
-Cheese
8 Eggs
3 c Milk
1/2 c Parkay? Margarine; melted

Preheat oven to 350-F. In greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish, layer half each of the bread, broccoli, bell pepper, and cheese. Repeat layers. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and margarine, beating until smooth. Pour evenly over casserole. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown
