INGREDIENTS:

-instant butterscotch
-pudding mix
1 c Plus 2 Tbs. plain fat free
-yogurt
2 sm Delicious apples; cored and
-finely chopped (1 cup)
1 c Crushed pineapple; packed in
-its own juice, undrained
2 oz Peanuts; chopped (1/2 cups)
1 oz Miniature marshmallow (1/2
-cup)
3/4 c Reduced calories whipped
-topping
In medium bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Add the rest and mix gently to combine. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serves 6 (3/4 cups) 190 calories, 6 gm. fat, 5 gm. protein, 29 gm. carbo, 258 mg. sodium Diabetic: 1 fruit, 1 fat, 1 starch
