Caramel Apple Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Country Morning Blend 2 t Baking soda
3/4 c Sugar 1 t Cinnamon
3/4 c Brown sugar 1 t Nutmeg
2 1/4 c Flour 1/2 t Salt
1 c Buttermilk 1 1/2 c Apples; chopped
2 Eggs
1/2 c Country Morning Blend 2 t Baking soda

1/2 c Salted peanuts; chopped 1/4 c Brown sugar 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 t Cinnamon
Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl combine margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add all remaining cake ingredients except apples. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
