1/2 c Packed brown sugar
3 Eggs
3 c Flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3 1/2 c Apples; diced, peeled
1 c Walnuts; chopped
2 ts Vanilla
