Candied Sweet Potatoes with Rum Butter Glaze
INGREDIENTS:
4 lg Sweet potatoes; cooked and
-halved
1/4 c Melted butter
3/4 c Honey
3/4 c Orange juice
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Cornstarch

1 tb Cornstarch
Place potatoes in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Blend butter, honey, oragne juice, salt and cornstarch. cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over potates. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes 6 to 8 servings.
