Cajun Catfish
INGREDIENTS:
4 tb Butter
2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1 3/4 lb Catfish fillet
4 tb Butter
2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper

1 3/4 lb Catfish fillet
Heat broiler. Melt butter and combine with spices and salt. Coat fish with mixture. Broil until opaque throughout, about 5 minutes per side.
