Cajun Catfish
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb Catfish fillets or nuggets;
-(for four)
3/4 c Mustard
1/4 c Louisiana hot sauce
Cornmeal
Old Bay seafood seasoning
2 lb Catfish fillets or nuggets;

Old Bay seafood seasoning
Mix mustard and hot sauce together. Coat fish nuggets, and put in baggy with cornmeal (sprinkled with seasoning). Shake until coated and deep fry.
