Cafe Brulot - Butter Busters^


INGREDIENTS:

6 c Skim milk 3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
1 c Egg Beaters 1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar 1 t Rum extract
OR 1/4 c Brandy, optional
1/4 c Sugar Cinnamon and nutmeg for
ANd -garnish
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat 5 cups milk, Egg Beaters and sugar until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum extracts. cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in brandy and thin to desired consistency with remaining milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Per sugar serving: 129 cal., 0.3g fat (2%), 4mg chol., 0g fiber, 9g pro., 22g carb., 141mg sod. Per S&L serving: 108 cal., 16g carb. Note: If you use the brandy, add 17 calories per serving.
