Butterscotch Candy
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/4 c Dark corn syrup
1 tb Vinegar
2 tb Boiling water
3 dr Vanilla
1 ds Salt
1 c Sugar

For a chewy candy, boil all ingredients to 260 degrees. Pour into a buttered 9x12 inch pan to cool. Cut into squares & wrap in waxed paper.
