Buttermilk Blue Potatoes Au Gratin
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c Cultured buttermilk
1/4 c Finely minced scallions
2 tb White wine vinegar
1/3 c Crumbled blue cheese
3/4 c Cultured buttermilk

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Yield: 1 cup
