Brownie Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
No-stick spray
2/3 c Flour
2/3 c Sugar
1 c Oats
1/3 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 Egg whites
1/3 c Karo light corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla

Spray cookie sheet with no-stick spray. Heat oven to 350?. Combine flour, sugar, oats, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until dry ingredients are just moist. Drop onto cookie sheet by spoonfulls. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet then remove to wire rack.
